The following points should be noted:
It is paramount that any trainer candidate has relevant work experience & the ability to pass on vital information and skills learnt during the trainer course.
They must be able to convey any points clearly and concisely and have the ability to use variety of training aids, computers, projectors, power-point etc.
Candidates will have to demonstrate presentation skills; subject matter drawn from course content and sit a theory test & practical skills assessment.
